Michelle and Darren Update

Darren and I have started to do a bit more exercise, just a five minute gentle workout, which we aim to do twice a day. The link for this is already on the family blog I am also walking up and down the walkway outside our flat (no neighbors at the moment luckily!). This is in addition to getting out for a walk once a day (when possible) in the big wide world
Food wise, we are eating quite a few treats lol, but trying to balance things out with as much healthy/nutritious foods too - see photo of big fruit salad I have just made. The idea is that we just dip in whenever we want and get lots of vitamins (kiwis are brilliant sources of vitamin C apparently).
