AIDE MEMOIRE

Content contribution from William (Pop) Braniff

Recognizing that we were living in a completely new and evolving way of life from that experienced in any of our  previous existence, I produced the following Aide Memoire to  assist and guide me through this period. I will have it posted on our Blog in the hope that it will be useful to others.

I have ordered a delivery of groceries from Sainsburys to be delivered between 3 and 4PM to-day. I have been classified as dependent by dint of my age and medical condition. This entitles Babs and I to have priority in delivery of groceries, weekly we hope.

Babs and I went out for a walk along the seafront yesterday. We met very few people and maintained a 2 meter distance. Although this is allowed by government, we have decided to try and stay indoors as much as possible in future. This will of course mean us doing more exercising indoors.

Our morale and seems to be holding to date but as winter changes to spring this may become more frustrating. Our Aide Memoire structure list should help us in this.
